This includes:

• 1 x Gas Hog roasting machine
  
• 1 x Chef carver and server (fully trained with basic food hygiene certificate)
  
• 1 x Roasted approx 60kg Dingle Dell Pig (serves 120 to 160 people)
  
• 1 x Small gazebo (2 metre square)
  
• 1 x Bain-marie (Hot apple sauce & stuffing)
  
• 1 x Serving table
  

All Rolls - white or brown for the amount of people.

BBQ

Hire cost - £150

• 1 x Gas BBQ + equipment
• 1 x Chef (fully trained with basic food hygiene certificate)
• 1 x small gazebo (1 metre square)
• a x Bain-marie

Time at event for setting up and cooking is 3 hours. Any time over 3 hours is £25 per hour per chef. The price shown above is for Events within a 10 mile radius of the LU7 1EU Postcode, there will be a mileage charge added on to any Postcodes outside this radius of £1 per mile. Please note this price doesn't include food, this is an additional cost.
